The Bossman
Malcolm Bray has owned Soar Valley Western Stables since 1998.
Since retiring from the fire service he is kept busy looking after his little bit England and the twelve horses living at at Soar Valley Western Stables.
He, along with his wife,
Sharon - Elizabeth make an awesome husband and wife team.
Commiteee and Volunteers
Working along side the team, Horses for Causes has it's own constitution.
A management committee meet regularly to make decisions about health and safety , projects, workshops and various other decision making.
Each member makes an important contribution as without their help and support Horses for Causes would be unsustainable.
They also assess out volunteers.
These are the people that help look after the twelve horses.
There are horses to muck out on a daily basis, and weather permitting some of our volunteers who have a good riding ability are able to exercise some of the horses.
The Director
Sharon-Elizabeth founded Horses for Causes in 2010.
Orignally trained as a chef, she found her niche with horses that help people.
